Типичные ошибки:

He has got any questions. => He has got some questions.

He hasn’t got some questions. => He hasn't got any questions.

Are there some pencils on the table? => Are there any pencils on the table?

I haven’t got no questions. => I haven't got any questions. = I have got no questions.

Все любят эту музыку.

Everybody like the music. => Everybody likes the music.

1. Местоимения some, something и somebody употребляются только в утвердительных предложениях.

Местоимения any, anything и anybody¹ употребляются в вопросительных и отрицательных, предложениях.

There is somebody under the desk.	Is there anybody under the desk?

2. Some/anyупотребляются перед неисчисляемыми существительными (some jam, some cheese, some water) или перед исчисляемыми существительными во множественном числе (some stamps, some students).

There is some cheese on the table.

There are some pictures on the table.

Перед исчисляемыми существительными в единственном числе употребляется неопределенный артикль (a stamp, a student).

There is a picture on the table.

3. Если слова something, somebody, anything, anybody, nothing, nobody, everything, everybody в предложении являются подлежащим, то глагол ставится в единственном числе:

Somebody has told him the news.

Everybody knows that.

Nobody was ready.

¹ Местоимения any, anything, anybody могут употребляться и в утвердительных предложениях. В этом случае они имеют значение любой.

You саn take any book you like.

You can take anything you like.

You can ask anybody about it.
