Ход урока

I. Организационный момент

— Good morning, children! (Good morning, Maria Petrovna!)

— I am glad to see you. (We are glad to see you too.)

— Is it exciting to have a talk about famous English people?

We shall listen to your stories about Daniel Defoe and read the new stories.

II. Фонетическая зарядка

Наша обезьянка — a monkey — любит играть. Она взяла зеркальце и гримасничает перед ним.

(Дети повторяют за учителем все движения.)

Наша обезьянка серьезная, а вот она улыбнулась. (Губы растянуть, а затем вернуть в нейтральное положение.)

Наша обезьянка надулась. (Губы сжать без выпячивания, а затем вернуть в нейтральное положение.)

Обезьянка играет с язычком: поднимет за верхние зубки, потом спрячет кончик язычка за нижние зубки.

— Look at the blackboard, please. You can see two lists of words there. Can you read the first (the second) list?

— Repeat the words after Nick.

— Read the words in pairs.

— I want you to match the words from the columns.

— Make up the sentences about Daniel Defoe and Robinson Crusoe using these word combinations.

(Ученики соотносят слова из двух столбиков, записанные на доске, и составляют словосочетания (Daniel Defoe, desert island, Robinson Crusoe, famous writer, become popular, main character, real adventures). Затем дети составляют предложения, используя данные словосочетания. (Daniel Defoe was a famous writer. The story of Robinson Crusoe was based on the real adventures. The main character of his novel is Robinson Crusoe. In 1719 his book became very popular. Etc.))

IV. Проверка домашнего задания

— Who is ready to go to the blackboard and tell us about the famous novel of Daniel Defoe? Dima will start and other pupils will prepare the questions to him.

(Учащиеся (четыре-шесть человек) по очереди выходят к доске и пересказывают текст о Даниеле Дефо. Ученики задают рассказчику вопросы.)

Примерный рассказ ученика:

Daniel Defoe was the author of the novel “The Life and Strange Surprising Adventures of Robinson Crusoe”. This story is based on the real adventures of a sailor Alexander Selkirk.

The main character of the book is Robinson Crusoe. He was a very brave and creative man. He lived on the desert island for several years. Robinson Crusoe learned how to catch goats, to grow plants, to build a house, to make pots, to tell the time. This novel became popular in 1719. Now every child knows the adventures of Robinson Crusoe.
