(Учащиеся выполняют контрольную работу № 3 из сборника контрольных заданий Spotlight Test Booklet 6. Учитель также может предложить ученикам контрольные задания, приведенные ниже (2 варианта).)
Вариант 1
1. Read the story and mark the sentences T (true) or F (false).
Mark is keen on cars. He reads about cars in magazines and he watches shows about cars on TV. He asks his parents, “Can you buy me a car?”
“No”, says Mark’s dad. “You’re too young to drive a car. It’s dangerous. We can’t buy you a car now.”
Mark is very sad. He wants a car. He wants a fast red sports car! He thinks, “Well, I can make one!”
He buys books and reads about the subject. He hangs around at the garage and watches the mechanics fix the cars. It is very interesting for him and he has a lot of fun. Finally, he starts building his own car!
After two months, Mark invites his parents to see his car. His parents are surprised! It is beautiful! It is red! It is a big toy sports car! Mark can sit inside it and drive! Mark’s parents are very happy and proud. Mark’s dad says, “I was sure you can do it!”
Mark smiles and drives away.
